Final Estate Homes Available at Sterling Hill
PARSIPPANY — The final two homes are available for sale at Sterling Hill, the exclusive community of 12 elegant estate homes in this Morris County township.
The residences include the Delaware design, available for June occupancy, and a stately Fairmont model, which is expected to be completed in late Fall, according to Sterling Properties, the community’s developer. "These are the last opportunities buyers will have to enjoy spectacular estate-style living, combined with a suburban atmosphere and a convenient location - right in the heart of Morris County," notes Rosanne Brooks, Sterling director of sales & marketing. "As a resuit, we strongly encourage buyers to act quickly to avoid missing out on an incomparable opportunity."
Both estate homes will offer four or five bedrooms and approximately 3,000 to 3,352 square feet of luxurious living space. A host of amenities and features include three-car garages, full basements, 2-story entry foyers, and cathedral, vaulted or tray ceilings. Designer island or peninsula kitchens offer eat-in breakfast areas and designer cabinets, while lavish master baths boast whirlpool tubs, separate tiled showers and dual sinks.
Buyers will also appreciate Parsippany’s ambiance, exceptional school system, convenient location, comprehensive Parks and Recreation System and peaceful suburban setting. Recently rated among the top 20 New Jersey suburbs, the 20-square-mile township prides itself on being a model place to live for its 52,000 residents.
"Parsippany has an outstanding quality of life stemming from its fine social and public services," points out Brooks. "The town is home to 19 parks. The police department is one of only three in New Jersey to receive national accreditation. And the Parsippany-Troy Hills School District has been rated among the top ten percent in the nation for its small classes, low student/teacher ratio and availability of extracurricular activities."
Parsippany’s close proximity to an extensive transportation network permits easy travel to a variety of business, social, recreational and entertainment venues. New York City and northern New Jersey are just a short commute via bus and train, while Newark Liberty International Airport and Central New Jersey are accessible via I287 and 1-280 and state highways 10, 46 and 24.
More than 27 Fortune 500 companies are headquartered in town. General Motors, Merrill Lynch, Aventis Pharmaceuticals and American Insurance Group (AIG) are among Parsippany’s solid business citizens.
